Our policy on returns, replacements, and refunds.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Email velastra@zynopep.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. Our team will respond within one business day.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted products. Sealed, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
