Orders are processed promptly during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM EST). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Our reference peptides are synthesized and packaged domestically in the United States, then shipped from within the US.
We ship via trusted priority carriers within the United States. All packages are shipped with proper handling to maintain product integrity.
All orders are shipped in discreet, unlabeled packaging. Peptides are properly insulated to maintain cold chain integrity during transit.
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with batch-specific testing results. Additional documentation is available upon request.
