Composition

Single-vial blend, 70 mg total lyophilized mass: 10 mg BPC-157 (Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val, CAS 137525-51-0), 10 mg TB-500 (acetylated thymosin β-4 1-43 fragment, CAS 77591-33-4), and 50 mg GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper(II) complex, CAS 49557-75-7).

Component Specifications

Each component sourced at ≥99% purity (HPLC) prior to blending. Component identities verified individually by ESI-MS before lyophilization. GHK-Cu copper coordination retained — blue-tinted solid on reconstitution due to Cu(II) center.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute the full 70 mg in 3-5 mL bacteriostatic water for a clear, slightly blue solution. The Cu(II) center is air-sensitive; reconstituted solutions should be used within 14 days when kept at 2-8 °C, or aliquoted and frozen at −80 °C.

Storage

Sealed lyophilized vial: −20 °C, protected from light. Long-term stable for 24+ months when stored unopened.
